Weddell Duo FAQs

Why is my water pressure lower? This is typically an installation or filter-capacity issue. Check the alignment, O-rings, and that plumber’s tape isn’t obstructing flow.

How do I install Duo? Between the shower arm and shower head—no tools required.

When do I replace the filters? Every 5–6 months for one user under normal conditions. More challenging water conditions or heavier use may require more frequent replacement.

WHY FILTERED WATER MATTERS: Unfiltered water can contain harmful contaminants like chlorine, PFAS, and microplastics, which may lead to skin dryness, irritation, and scalp problems. Long-term exposure to these pollutants has been linked to potential health risks, including hormonal disruption and skin conditions. By filtering these out, Weddell Duo ensures you experience cleaner, healthier water for a noticeable difference in your skin, hair, and overall well-being.
GENUINE REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGES: Weddell Duo Replacement Cartridges are designed exclusively for the Weddell Duo Shower Filter system, ensuring a perfect fit and consistent filtration performance with every replacement cycle.
THREE REPLACEMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE: Choose the right refill pack for your needs: 1+1 Full Set for a single replacement, 2+2 Twin Pack for double replacements, or 3+1 Extended Pack for added longevity and extra sediment filter coverage.
EASY TWIST-IN REPLACEMENT SYSTEM: Designed for quick, tool-free replacement, each cartridge set installs in minutes. Simply twist open the housing, replace the color-matched filters, and secure back in place with no tools required.
