Does this product come with batteries or is it rechargeable?

No, it includes no batteries and is not rechargeable.

Power it via 3 AA batteries (not included) OR the included Type-C cable — not both at once.

Tips for accurate blood pressure readings during the measurement process?

Sit comfortably with your feet flat on the floor;

Extend your arm on the desk, palm up, keeping your wrist at heart level to minimize movement;

Stay still and silent during measurement;

Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements

Why does my blood pressure fluctuate through out the day?

Individual blood pressure varies multiple times every day. It is also affected by the way you te your cuff and your measurement position, so please take the measurement under the same conditions.

What arm size fits the cuff?

Fits 22–40cm upper arms. Not recommended for arms wider than 40cm.
