Frequency Generator for Meditation, Sleep and Yoga, 0.01Hz–30kHz Adjustable Range, 7.83Hz Schumann Resonance Generator, USB Powered with LCD Display

Product description

Why can’t I hear sound from the device or the included headphones?

The sound is very soft, so little or no sound can be normal. The headphones are only for checking if the device is working and are not needed for daily use. No sound or reaction does not mean the device is defective.

Why hasn’t it helped with sleep yet, and when will I notice the effect?

Results may vary by person and usage habits. This device is designed for gradual daily use, not instant results. Some users notice changes over time, and consistent use may lead to a more noticeable experience.

Does this device need to stay plugged in, or does it have a battery?

This device does not have a built-in battery. It must be connected to a power source while in use.

What does the Backlight/Light button do?

The Backlight/Light button turns the display light on or off. Turning the light off does not affect the normal operation of the device.

Is this device easy to use?

Yes. Once powered on, it works at the default 7.83Hz setting. Adjusting the frequency is also simple. You can refer to the product images or video on the listing page for step-by-step guidance.
